This is my first giveaway and hopefully not the last! I love nothing more than assembling a group of my favorite goodies. I mean that’s what the store was, wasn’t it? A grouping of our favorite goodies!
So it’s called The Posh Box.
For those of you who are not local, I had a store with my two partners for 10 years, called Posh. I loved to buy for the store and assemble collections, and we had pretty vignettes throughout. We sold gifts, baby, jewelry, furniture, accessories and artwork. We had a design studio and office upstairs with a railing, overlooking the store. It had 18 foot ceilings and the east wall was filled with windows. It was really nice, if I do say so myself.
Above is a shot of our spring 2011 display. We made paper flowers and covered huge balls, hung with fishing line over the gift area. Yeah. We did stuff like that…
I would like to eventually have 6 Posh Boxes a year, in a subscription format, with bigger items, but I would have to have 1000’s of subscribers to begin that… A girl can dream, right?
Anyway, I have put together a giveaway with the spring theme of Flowers & Gardens. I will announce the winner on the first day of spring, which this year is March 20. (I have no idea how to operate a successful giveaway, but you can be sure I will by March 20.)

You’ll get two of the largest size. These are Amanda Lindroth’s awesome paper pot covers. They are lightweight and have a plastic liner in the bottom. They are great if you want to gift an orchid or a plant from the greenhouse or grocery store. Or just to give your houseplants a finished look. I use them on poinsettias at Christmas or lilies at Easter. So much better than shiny foil.
Rifle Paper Co. is one of my favorite places for paper products. This is a set of three 6” x 8” stitched floral notebooks - each with 64 pages and gold foil accents.
Baudelaire Soaps are also some of my favorites. I have a soap obsession, so I love this in the shower after a hot day in the garden! This is the big 12 oz. bar in their top fragrance - Jasmine. The french milled soap is made in Provence and smells divine.
I have been buying garden items from Women’s Work for years now. It is a small company run by a family of women, and they have great gear for the garden. I like their gloves the best. These are a size medium.
Joyce Chen’s wonderful garden scissors are great in the kitchen too! They have flexible plastic handles for comfort, and you can’t lose them in this bright red color. Indispensable for summer deadheading or for cutting flowers in the kitchen.
This little 6” handblown glass vase is a leftover from the store; I have a few of them and have never been able to part with them. It is just beautiful. So pretty in a windowsill filled with blooms.
This little treat is from Noi Publishing, based in the UK. The magnetic clipboard has 60 tear off sheets, and is adorned with the cutest vegetable print.
Lastly a 1.5 oz sample of Baudelaire’s Goats Milk soap ❣️
